About
I began my experience in helping people as an orderly in a nursing home and a hospital during and after high school. This experience led me to obtain an Associate Degree in Nursing. I worked as a RN in emergency rooms and then in inpatient psychiatric units. I then went back to school and earned my masters degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
I am married with two sons. Our family goal has been to experience new things consistently while enjoying each other. Our family has also encountered the usual number of negative life events and have developed supportive and loving relationships.
I am licensed to practice psychology in Illinois (007.004676).
I am a member of the following organizations:
- Illinois Psychological Association
- American Psychological Association
- National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, Registrant #50969
